What counts as a small website update?

A small update includes changing existing text, replacing a photo, updating business hours, changing contact information or making another minor adjustment to an existing page. New pages, redesigns and advanced functionality are quoted separately.

Do I need a monthly plan?

Yes. Every Handlflow website requires either Managed Hosting or Handlflow Care to remain hosted and supported through Handlflow.

Are domain costs included?

Accepted Answer

No. The customer's domain is purchased and renewed separately so the customer maintains control of it.

How quickly will my website be completed?

Accepted Answer

Quick Launch websites are normally completed within 3-5 business days. Business Websites are normally completed within 5-10 business days. Custom project timelines are provided after discovery. Timelines begin after Handlflow receives the required deposit, business information, text and images.
